Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Typely AI.

Service description

Typely AI provides AI-assisted writing, translation, and productivity tools. Certain features may require network connectivity or third-party integrations that can change over time. We may update or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of device credentials and any activity occurring under your account.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are managed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the point of purchase. Apple may handle refunds subject to its policies. Taxes and carrier fees are your responsibility.

Use of AI-generated output

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated with Typely AI before using or sharing it. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless necessary.

User responsibilities

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of third-party platforms.
• Ensure you have the right to the text or media you submit.
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security issues.

Intellectual property

GrowthyAI owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including software, trademarks, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Typely AI for personal or internal business purposes.

Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Use Typely AI to send spam, malware, or infringing, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with security features, rate limits, or APIs.
• Misrepresent the origin of AI-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of the Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal requirements. You may stop using Typely AI at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthyAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification & governing law

You agree to indemnify GrowthyAI from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding its conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Denver, Colorado.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. If the updates are material, we will provide advance notice via the app or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
