• Content you submit: text you choose to send to our AI features. Content is processed to generate the requested output and is not used to train proprietary models.
• Device data: device type, operating system version, language, and country to optimize the experience.

• Analyze aggregated trends to prioritize new features and maintain stability.

AI processing

When you invoke Typely AI features, your prompts are transmitted to trusted AI model providers (such as OpenAI) through encrypted channels.

• Inputs and outputs are temporarily cached to deliver the requested result.
• Providers act as data processors and may retain logs for abuse monitoring according to their policies.
• We do not sell or rent your content, and we do not use it to train our own models without your consent.

Sharing & disclosure

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, payment, and customer-support partners who perform work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice before your data is transferred.

We never sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Typely AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We operate globally from the United States and other locations. Whenever personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and execute data-processing agreements with our vendors.
